Users undertake not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transform, or modify the Content without the authorisation of the rights holder or prior authorisation from MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L.U. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group).

MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L.U. also owns all rights to any works, inventions, discoveries, patents, ideas, concepts, updates, and improvements related to the digital services, their systems, applications, and programs, or to the services provided by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L.U., created or developed for the first time by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L.U., whether alone or with users’ assistance, in the course of or as a result of designs, developments, or other tasks carried out under the Contract.

Users may not use the name or the brands, symbols, logos, or distinguishing marks owned by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L.U. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L. (Spring Hotels Group) without their express written authorisation.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The Rights of Use in this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law. Both the hotel and users agree that any dispute regarding the interpretation, performance, and/or execution of the services rendered by the hotel shall be submitted to the Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

Booking conditions

Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of the stay.
The applicable IGIC will be the rate in force in Spain at the time the stay or service is paid.
Exclusive rate for individuals. Not commissionable to third parties.
Notice: the hotel may charge the amount of the stay in advance during periods of high demand to ensure availability.
Before charging, the bookings team will contact the customer to confirm payment details.
Drinks are not included in half board or full board.

Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation if made before 3:00 p.m. (hotel local time) on the day before arrival.
*If you cancel after this deadline or do not show up on the arrival date, the first night will be charged.

Advance payment: 100% of your stay is paid at the time of completing the online booking.
This reservation only allows adding extra services. Extras added later via the booking modification section on the website will be paid directly at the hotel.
